Whether it is transforming your organization's culture or developing its leaders, it is difficult to assess progress without a clear measurement process. And perhaps more importantly, a process of measurement brings the needed attention to sustain development.
In this session, we introduce the Barrett Values Centre "cultural transformation tools" (CTT) that are used to assess both leadership development and cultural development. At the basis of these tools is the Barrett Seven Levels of Consciousness that shine a light on expanding awarenesses and mindsets, and the resulting skills, capacities and structures that elevate ourselves and and our organizations. We will explore these Seven Levels of Consciousness as they relate to both organizations and to leadership. We will see how "entropy" shows up at the first three levels — a measure of fear-based energy expressed by leaders or experienced within the organization. And finally, we will examine two primary CTT tools: the Leadership Values Assessment (LVA) and the Cultural Values Assessment (CVA) NOTE:
