In a "power-over/under" mindset, for example, the leader motivates extrinsically through rewards and punishments. In a "power-with" mindset, the leader motivates intrinsically by reminding people of their alignment to the Core Values and the Shared Purpose. In this session, participants are introduced to a host of such mindset differences so that an understanding can be developed of what Conscious Leadership is, how it is different than the more common Domination Leadership that we see around us, and how radically different the needed skill sets are to embody it. More importantly, we are invited to see where these two mindsets show up within ourselves so that we can enhance our own embodiment of Conscious Leadership. NOTE:
