The skills of a Conscious Leader are grounded in an awareness of one’s mindset of the moment,
especially the difference between ... the unconscious, reactive, fear-based mindset and the conscious, responsive, trust-based mindset. To deepen that awareness, this workshop series engages the Conscious Leader in somatic (body-centered) activities whose roots are in mindfulness practices, the martial art aikido, and exercises arising from the power of improvisation. The intention is to experience — in the body — the difference in these two mindset states ... ... to explore how one moves between them ... ... and to apply this awareness to how you are showing up as a leader in your organization.
